Acts 9 Saul becomes Paul

One thing we can learn from this story of Saul/Paul is that people can change. Sometimes we give up hope, either for ourselves, or others. But, through the enabling power of the atonement, we and others can change - even change dramatically. The reluctance of disciples (Ananias and those in Jerusalem) to believe that Saul had really changed and now could be trusted makes the whole story ring true to human nature as we know it. (Acts 9)
